The 2300 Building, located at 2300 Ninth Street, South, Arlington, Virginia 22204, is 3/4 of a mile west of the Pentagon, one block off Columbia Pike.  B. M. Smith & Associates, Inc. has offices on the first floor of the building, which accounts for the superb management and maintenance of the building.

Currently one floor is available, containing approximately 8,500 square feet.  The space can be configured into smaller suites. Also several smaller spaces are available on other floors.
